Letterpress Poster Workshop, August

In this workshop you will get a quick and dirty intro to letterpress printing. The goal is to set wood type and/or images with the words/saying/quote of your choice, print it on our Vandercook 4 and then leave with 5 to 10 copies of your own 8×10 posters. You do not need any experience in letterpress, printmaking or art.This is a fairly laid back event to dive into letterpress and see what its all about.
We offer this class privately as well. There just needs to be at least 3 people and no more than 6. Don’t hesitate to reach out with any questions at print@desertdogpress.org.
Age Requirement: 16+
Price includes tuition and supplies that will be used in the workshop.
